Oh well

I so love this song. I challenge (nudge/encourage) you to click/listen/sit back/enjoy as you peruse..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfJqdhv5YZ8

I can't help about the shape I'm in
I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to

Oh well

Stressy, we're all that. Shape, ours, ne'er perfect, happy. Bold, in "don't ask me what I think of you", more often thought out, wanted to say, ne'er said.

Now, when I talked to God I knew he'd understand
He said, "Stick by me and I'll be your guiding hand
But don't ask me what I think of you
I might not give the answer that you want me to"

Oh well

We kinda go through life with our brain wanting to say many things, but rare that we do.

If you by chance clicked the youtube link, after 2 minutes we're done verbiage of the song, and what remains for 7 minutes is heaven, peace, calm.

Eyes closed, relaxation. On the receiving end, massage table. Visiting yesteryear, yesterfolks, with smile. Those weeks, days, when things seemingly just go perfect. Proudness, happiness.

A look back. A look ahead. An appreciation for today.

A hot bath. A Jacuzzi. The sound of the ocean tide. The stream. Eyes closed, with smile - what better?

Harmony, in a world of difference. Not a pat on the back of our own-ness, but a resounding smile afforded by those around us.

Little ones, the happiness they bring - what better than to be in chair, feet on ottoman, entertained by their kinetic energy/motion/creativity/uniqueness.

This music starts at age 19, and in two minutes you're in reflection (60-something for us old farts)... Never perfection, but times/moments, where it is perfect, the smile we wear attests to it.

In our element. Our own, personal, private happiness -whatever the mode/method.

I'm biased. I think Fleetwood Mac folks are geniuses. To listen first time in a studio, one might think "you can't do that!"... Works. Well. Very well.

Music moves me, hope it does you as well... It likens life, shapes, moods. Those moments of happy reflection just before nodding off - yum.

This song wards off conflict, personal woes, worry about tomorrow.. yada.

I love it. Oh well. Love, Victurd.
